These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through this website.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or compliance issues.

  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only after shipment.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges unless explicitly stated.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

4.1 Import Duties and Taxes

We offer different shipping terms depending on your location and the items purchased:

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For specific shipping zones (e.g., USA), we may offer or require a prepaid duty option. If a “Prepaid Duty” or “Import Duty” fee appears in your order summary, this covers all customs clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

  • Delivered At Place (DAP): For all other regions or orders where duty was not collected at checkout, the price paid to us covers only the product and shipping costs. All import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4.2 Buyer Responsibility (Default)

If your order is shipped under DAP terms:

  • You will be contacted by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to pay duties and taxes before the package is released.

  • By providing your FedEx Account Number at checkout, you authorize the carrier to bill duties directly to your account.

  • Failure to pay import fees may result in the package being abandoned or returned to us. In such cases, original shipping fees and any return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

  • These charges are determined by the destination customs authority and are outside our control.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing a valid, reachable phone number and email address. Customs authorities or carriers may need to contact you to verify shipment details. Any delays or storage fees caused by unresponsive communication are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, or force majeure events.

6. Refused Shipments and Failed Delivery

If the buyer refuses delivery, fails to provide required customs information, or fails to pay import charges:

  • The shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed at the carrier’s discretion.

  • All costs incurred, including return shipping, storage, customs duties, and handling fees, shall be borne by the buyer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Returns and Repairs

  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorization.

  • Items returned for repair or service may be subject to customs charges upon re-import.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return or re-import are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer and Limited Warranty

Except as expressly stated below, all products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limited Warranty:
We warrant that the products will be free from material defects in workmanship under normal use for a period of 365 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair
– Damage caused by shipping, handling, or customs inspection

Our sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at our option:
(a) repair the defective product, or
(b) replace the defective product.

We do not offer refunds based on warranty claims unless required by law.

11. Compliance and Export Control

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws, sanctions, and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate such regulations.
